『Haagen-Dazs』又有新花招,這次是把"Caramel Apple Pie". 焦糖蘋果派做成冰淇淋啦!還是季節限定:February to September,昨天在WholeFood看到,繼續打包帶走。

Caramel Apple Pie算是一個很美國人的甜點,家裡辦PA時也不會少這一咖,Nico也自己嘗試做過Caramel Apple Pie過,其實只要照食譜去做,味道都不會太差,重點是要烤的剛剛好,皮才會酥,餡才會香!

這次的季節限定口味:Caramel Apple Pie". 焦糖蘋果派可說是用料實在。

焦糖下的頗重,而且可以吃的到酥酥的蘋果派,味道很精緻。

基本上這款Caramel Apple Pie". 焦糖蘋果派味道也是偏甜,跟Nico上次介紹的"crème brulée"口味,不相上下。
